This project was a teardown and remodel of an existing 900 sf home. Given a relatively tight corner lot, we worked to maximize the public space and indoor-outdoor connection of the home with a modern aesthetic. The resulting project provides a cozy California home that provides all of the amenities our clients need in a compact form with plenty of natural light and connections to the outside and neighborhood.
